Pneumatic lever sensor 4V-B(4V-A)

The sensor 4V-B has a simple and reliable 4 ways-3 positions air valve which changes directions of compressed air-flow according to the movement of the feeler lever.
The sensor is used to detect and guide the edge position of running web in combination with TK pneumatic web guiders such as RG-PN3, RG-PN6 and BGL.
The sensor, mostly made of stainless steel, is suitable where photoelectric sensors cannot be used due to hard environment with water splashes, chemicals and vapors.
Successful application of the guiding systems with the sensor 4V-B is often found in conveyor belts in the food industry, or in filter cloth in sewage disposal plants etc.
In addition to the standard feeler lever, a ceramic type lever, an MC nylon lever and a hardchromium electroplated roller lever are available for specific conditions.
