: ●The web position is corrected by the slat bars mounted on the core roll which slide laterally to the right or left according to the singnals from the sensor.; ●Rubber-surfaced slat bars prevent the web from slipping, and allow fast and accurate guiding.
Rubber materials : TPE(standard), silicon etc.; ●DC servo motor and ball screws in the slide mechanism ensure a high accuracy and a long service life.; ●Although the core roll on the standard model has no rotary drive, pulleys can be optionally installed in case synchronized drive with process line is required. Synchronization system with a frequency inverter motor is also available as an optional extra.
