PFD-40 is a contact type sensor that detects the web edge position with a feeler bar. The detection signal is used to continuously output the degree of deviation from the neutral position to control the web with higher accuracy.

PTD-70B is a transmission type edge sensor that detects the web edge position without making any contact. The detection signal is used to continuously output the degree of deviation from the neutral position to control the web with higher accuracy. Also, the detection method can be selected between edge detection and bit count mode.

RPD-70B is a reflective type edge sensor that detects the web edge position without making any contact. The detection signal is sent to the control unit as an output signal from a proportional voltage according to the deviation of the web. The detection range is ± 13mm and smooth control is possible.

The RFD-70B is basically the same as the RPD-70B type, but by adding a feeler bar, it can be used both as a reflection type edge sensor and a feeler type edge sensor.

USS-20 detects the edge of the web using ultrasonic. Especially for transparent films, stable detection is possible without being affected by color or pattern transparency.

Mainly for transparent films. Used when transparency of the film is high and cannot be detected by ordinary photoelectric sensors. This sensor can also be used for opaque webs.

FB-8E is a contact type sensor with a simple structure using a feeler bar.

PS-30 is a photoelectric transmission type sensor with a built-in amplifier. LED (infrared light-emitting diode) is used for the light source and SPD (silicon photodiode) is used for the light receiver to ensure long-lasting operating lifespan. Also, a remote switch (MS-20) is available for manual/automatic operation.

・The left and right detectors are integrated into one body, making the installation easy.
・Various detection ranges are available depending on the minimum and maximum width of the web.

・One pair consists of a left and a right sensor head.
・Compact body with 464mm detection range on one side.

By combining with a controller and a light projector, the CCD camera sensor can perform accurate web edge position control, center position control, and width measurement.

This sensor has a simple and highly reliable 4 ways-3 positions air valve that switches the flow direction of air according to the movement of the feeler lever. Web guiding is possible by combining this sensor with TK pneumatic web guiders (RG-PN3, RG-PN6, BGL, etc.).
